Boleo
122 W Monroe St, Chicago, IL 60603

Named one of Chicago’s best rooftop terrace bars, Boleo features a retractable rooftop lounge on the top floor of the Kimpton Hotel. Happy hour is from 5pm to 8pm during Wednesdays and Thursdays, and features eight different iterations of Argentine and Peruvian street cuisine for $8/plate. A cocktails must-try is the Chilcanos, a Peruvian cocktail featuring infused Pisco, ginger and carbonation.

Adamus
10 S Wabash Ave, Chicago, IL 60602

You don’t have to worry about missing happy hour at the Adamus Lounge. Located inside the Silversmith Hotel on Wabash, happy hour happens from Mondays to Fridays, which starts at 5pm and lasts all the way til 8pm. Specials include $4 beers, $5 glasses of wines, $6 rail cocktails and $7 appetizers. Appetizer choices include artichoke flatbread, fried pickles, veggie hummus with carrots and celery, barbeque brisket sliders and more.

Bar Allegro

Located at the Kimpton Hotel on Randolph, Bar Allegro is the small and swanky art-deco hotel lounge that serves craft cocktails and easy to eat starters. Starting this spring, they offer a glass of Zonin prosecco with two strips of candied bacon for $12. Their happy hour is available daily from 6pm to 8pm.

GT Fish & Oyster

A plethora of seafood dishes by Chef Giuseppe Tentori await you at the award-winning GT Fish & Oyster restaurant of the Boka group. Double happy hour happens on weekdays, with half-off oysters, both from 3pm to 6pm and from 9pm to 11pm. The first happy hour time offers the best bang for your buck, with select draft beers and wines at 50% off, and a four-course oyster tasting menu for $15 in addition to their standard oyster deal.

Joy District

Joy District is a happenin’ new American cocktail bar and restaurant. The establishment takes up two floors, and features a roof deck bar on its second floor, where Chicagoans can party til dawn. Happy hour is available from 3pm to 6pm on weekdays, where the first floor restaurant offers $4 sliders, but also from 11pm to 1am from Thursdays through Saturdays. Choice of sliders include their Spicy Chix chicken sandwich, Petit Pisces fish sandwich, Mini Mansion hamburger, and White Boy Taco (a ground beef taco).

Cactus Bar and Grill
404 S. Wells St., Chicago, IL 60607

Cactus Bar and Grill is known for their classic hand shaken margaritas, which are best paired together with their Mexican fare. Drop by after work for a lot of dancing and drinks. Grab their appetizers, including fried pickle chips and loaded tots, with prices starting at $6, everyday from 4pm til closing.
